How To Use Dropbox In Yahoomail

The Yahoo! Mail and Dropbox, on 02 Apr 2013, announced there integration, so email users can now send attachments of any size and can also save data on Dropbox.

 So here are the steps to be followed to save and share data in yahoo! Mail with Dropbox.

>>First will we show you how to save data from yahoomail to Dropbox.

Step 1: Login into your Yahoo!Mail account

Step 2: Open the mail with attached files you want to save into Dropbox

Step 3: Click on to "Save to" option,then click on to "save all to Dropbox"

select 'save' on particular file to save that particular file / else select 'save to' save all files

Step 4: Click ok,then Enter the details to sing up,then click on to Sing up

Note: if you already have dropbox account then just click on sign into dropbox

Step 5: Click on link Account

Step 6: Click Save, to save data into dropbox.

>>Now lets us see how to share data from Dropbox.

Step 1: Click on compose in yahoomail

Step 2: Enter the email id/ids and subject

Step 3: Click on to attachment link drop down menu,under that select Share from Dropbox

Step 4: Select Yahoo!mail Folder

Step 5: Select the file/files you want to share, then click Choose

Step 6: Click 'send' to share your files(shares files only with the email ids entered).

after the completion of these steps, you don't need to follow these steps every time,  just by clicking on "save to all dropbox" will  directly open your dropbox linked account and you just need to select folder to save and for sharing data steps will remain the same.
