HOW To: Receive SMS Alert For Yahoo And Gmail Account

Due to login into your email accounts again and again to check whether you have received any new mail/mails ,waiting to get a any important mail to be received. Now we got a solution to this problem, receive alert on your mobile via sms as soon as you receive any new mail into your email account. now we will show you how to receive sms alert for your emails.

Step 1. Logon to yahoomail and sign in to your account 

Step 2. Click on settings, Under settings select 'mail options'

Step 3. Under Advanced option, click on to 'POP & forwarding'

Step 4. Select the second radio button, enter any mail id (gmail used here) and select type of forwarding you need and click save

Dialog box : Click ok and sign in Gmail account

Step 5. Check the 'yahoo member services' mail in Gmail and verify by clicking on the link

verify:click on the check box and click continue and save

Step 6. In Gmail go to settings ,under settings click on to Forwarding and POP/IMAP

 Step 7. click on and then type the way2sms mail id and click on next,proceed and ok. 

Note To get way2sms id. Sign in to way2sms and click on mail alert ,

Step 8 .Check way2sms inbox for confirmation code and paste it ,click verify

Step 9 Enable forwarding and save changes
